Flexible Tools For Compliance
In many jurisdictions you need to collect informed consent from your guests. Since each is different, we offer a flexible setup that lets you choose when to collect what data. You can choose where the data is stored (example: Europe) by making sure your account resides there at signup.
Simple Export to CSV
You can export all the data to CSV at any time: during the event, or after. You can choose the column names of the CSV, and you can see guest data right on the event page also.
Can I collect consent from my guests?
Yes, you can use pre-session questions to collect consent from your guests both before the capture, and after. For example before the capture you can ask for consent to capture and store the photo, and after the capture you can ask for permission to use the photo for marketing purposes and make that an optional response.
What are Dynamic Elements?
When you create a template or AI Prompt, you can create dynamic elements - these affect what the generated photo or video look like. These dynamic elements appear as questions to the guest in the survey too: for example, for a baseball activation you could ask, do you want to be a batter or a pitcher?
What types of input are supported?
When you create a survey field you can use a section title, rich text, full name, email, phone number, date, checkbox, segment, password, or a single line of text.
