It’s easy to start! Simply sign up with just your email and download the app to your iPad or iPhone. From there, you can get started with creating your first event without ever putting any credit card information in.
What's included in the 3 free events?
Each free event holds up to 100 photos, and the gallery stays live for a week. This is your space to test your setup, try different event types, and get comfortable with the app before a real event.
Because of the capture limits, we recommend using the free events for testing and experimenting, not for client-facing work.
Run a real event on a free trial
Once you're ready to use Booth.Events at an actual event, it’s time to choose a plan and start a trial. You'll get full access to that plan's features, unlimited events, and longer gallery expiration for the length of the trial.
Here you’ll be able to run your first real event, collect guest feedback, and get a feel for the app at its full capacity. If you are trialing our Pro or Pro+ plans, you’ll have access to AI Prompts and Booth.Bot to make unique creative experiences possible.
Make the most of your trial
This is your chance to confirm the app works the way you need it to before a paying client ever sees it. Run through the gallery and sharing features with real guests, not just yourself or friends and family, so you know exactly what they'll experience.
If your plan includes AI Prompts and Booth.Bot, this is the time to get a feel for what it can do. And instead of guessing which plan fits based on a pricing page, you'll actually know by the time your trial ends.
Support along the way
Don't forget, you're not figuring this out alone. Chat or email support is available throughout your free events and your trial. Pro+ plans include an emergency phone line for event-day issues, which is important if you're planning to run this at scale.
