How do guests access the gallery?
When guests use the app they get the link directly to their own photos from a QR code, or by entering their email or phone number. You can also get the link from your dashboard if you want to send it yourself.
By default guests can jump from their own photos to the whole gallery, but this is easy to turn off.
Can I customize the gallery to match my client's branding or event theme?
Absolutely. Add your client's logo, use their event colours, add a call-to-action, include custom headers or welcome messages, and add background images or patterns that match their theme.
You can easily hide the top header, hide the login icon, hide the event date, and event hide the event name.
When you add custom content you can use our Content Builder to add images, buttons, sections, and rich text - and you can also add custom HTML to make things exactly how you want.
When are captures added to the gallery?
Photos appear in real-time as they're captured. Guests can be standing at your booth, take a photo, walk away, pull out their phone, and see their image already in the gallery within seconds.
What kind of privacy or access controls are available? Can I add a passcode?
You’re in control of your photos. You can add a passcode, choose whether the passcode is included in emails & texts, choose who can download the gallery ZIP, and also setup admin access to your galleries: admins can delete photos from the gallery.
How long do galleries last?
Galleries have an expiry date that’s set after the first photo is uploaded, and you can see it on your dashboard. It depends on your plan level: Pro+ member galleries last 2 years. If you haven’t downloaded the ZIP file of your gallery as the expiration date gets close, we’ll email you to remind you!
Can I delete photos from the gallery? Can I delegate delete access to my client?
Yes you can. You can delete photos & videos directly from the gallery, or from the event guest list. You can delegate the ability to delete by turning on an admin passcode, which allows anyone with the admin passcode to delete photos.
How can I promote my business from my galleries?
Your business name and logo is at the very top, and you can add your social links too: you can add Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and website links.
What if I don't want to use your gallery?
You can easily connect your Dropbox, Google Drive, or SmugMug accounts, and configure your photos & videos to automatically upload there. We also have webhooks that fire on upload & share, which you can use to drive your custom integrations!
