Almost everything! Push new templates and overlays to active events, update branding and logos, adjust print layouts, modify gallery settings, update capture settings like filters, and monitor booth status and activity. The only things you can't do remotely are physical tasks like refilling printer paper or adjusting lighting—everything digital is under your control.

The booth continues operating normally even if your internet connection is temporarily lost. Your last-pushed settings remain in effect, and the booth keeps capturing photos, printing, and serving guests without interruption. When connection restores, Live-Sync reconnects automatically and if you made changes in the meantime, they will now take effect.

Absolutely. Your dashboard shows all active booths with their current status, and recent activity. Click between them to make event-specific changes, monitor all of them at once to catch any issues, like an iPad that’s showing a low battery because your attendant forgot to plug it in. This is game-changing for operators running multiple events: a wedding and a corporate event on the same night, or five booths at a massive conference.

Security is built-in and taken seriously. Only you (or accounts you explicitly authorize) can access your booths remotely. Each booth requires authentication to connect, and all communication is encrypted. You can set up multi-user access with different permission levels. There's also activity logging so you can see who made what changes and when. Nobody can randomly access your booth from the internet; it's locked down to your account.
