AirPrint, Windows & macOS Printing
We support all the ways you could want to print: printing via a dedicated print server like AirCastPro 3 or the DNP WCM Plus, printing via macOS printer sharing, and we have our own print server for Windows: Print.Events
We build our own AirPrint stack so you don’t need to worry about iOS updates. And you don’t need to set up printers each time you launch the app: it remembers them and automatically reconnects.

Fast. Reliable. Rock Solid.
Our highly optimized image processing pipeline is the fastest in the industry: your prints will start actually printing as soon as the guest hits “print”. And we have a built-in printer troubleshooter in case you have any issues.
Any size of paper
We were the first booth app to support any pixel-size template: you can print on any paper size your printer supports. Want to print jumbo 6x20 prints on your DS620? We’ve got you covered.
Print Limits and Management
Did you sell a package that includes a specific number of prints? No problem, you can set print limits on a per-session or per-event basis. You can see realtime print analytics, per-printer, on your web dashboard.
What printers does Booth.Events work with?
Booth.Events works with any printer that supports AirPrint, or has Windows print drivers (via Print.Events). That’s pretty much all of them! We recommend professional dye-sublimation printers—the gold standard for event printing. We support popular models from DNP, Citizen, HiTi, and Sinfonia, which are specifically designed for high-volume event use.
Do you support other print servers like Printio?
Our app can print to any print server that supports AirPrint, or runs a compatible CUPS server. That covers pretty much all print servers, but it’s free to try in case you aren’t certain.
How do I manage print costs and prevent guests from printing unlimited copies?
On the last page of event settings in the app you can configure print limits, which lets you control costs and supports you selling print packages. See our Print Limits help article for more.
