Real-looking AI photos need a lot of detail, and they need to be made fast. Booth.Events AI photos appear on the iPad in just 10-20 seconds, so your guests don’t have to wait.
What is "Re-roll" and can I control it?
When the Booth.Events app makes an AI photo, your guests by default have the option to “re-roll” it up to 3 times. A re-roll means that the same source photo is used, and a new AI photo is created. You can turn this feature off, or limit it to less than 3 re-rolls.
How fast is it?
If you’re using our AI portraits feature, it’s just fast - usually about 10-15 seconds.
If you’re using our AI prompts feature, then the speed of AI photo generation is determined mostly by which model you choose. On the page where you create your prompt and choose the model, you’ll see estimated times so you can choose the right tradeoff of quality vs speed.

It is refreshing the way that you guys work with open communication and your drive to continuously improve is awesome! 90% of our bookings are iPad booths and I am so so so particular over every tiny aspect, I ran your platform for months still purchasing your competitor's licenses and having them all programmed as a backup (never needed to use the competitor's backup - apart from when we had a printing issue right at the beginning which was user error!) - but now we have fully moved over it's been the best decision we have made.
